Well, I've workaround-ed this problem. Now I have configured 1.2.3.4 as a Permanent Endpoint and added number 111 to it. So maybe in my case I can configure just E.164 rewrite (22 -> 111) to make it very pretty. I think the problem is solved. Many thanks!
