I'm getting a socket already attached msg now from GK.

I've the CMS registered on the asterisk box as well and port 1720 is open and being listened on but calls still get dropped with beep beep beep. Any ideas?

Did you log into your Asterisk box on IP 10.152.0.120 and did a "netstat
-tln" to verify that it is indeed listening on port 1720 ?

GnuGk can't connect to 10.152.0.120:1720 and most probably there is a
reason.
