I was able to make the two gatekeepers talk to each other, but I still have a couple of questions:
Whenever I receive a call from the neighbor gatekeeper .

It seems to come out of one of the libraries from the Ubuntu system
that I used to compile the static executable.
I would suggest you compile the source code on your machine to get a
working executable. See
