Earl Firstly the test gatekeeper is only using H.460.18/19 (media is proxied) It is strongly advised not to use STUN because it plays havoc with H.460.18/.19 and when set it will disable H.460.18/.19 in PacPhone. Basically they are incompatible. The TCP Listening port is redundant and has no effect with H.460.18/.19 as the gatekeeper will request a TCP connection from the endpoint when a call comes in. Using VPN is not required. The purpose of H.460.18/.19 is that it just works without need for port forward, STUN or VPN.
