Hi Jan, thanks for the test GK, a very good idea. Here are my first results. GnuGK 2.3.1 RC1 + Pacphone v2.3.06_testing_Earl behind NAT manual settings setting Pacphone to manual port settings (port forwarding) gives public IP address in GK Monitor with h.460.18 the same results if going over PPTP VPN, except it picks up my new public IP Using a different OpenVPN VPN, GK Monitor says my IP is the new public IP with h.460.18. STUN server setting STUN server (should not help with my symmetric NAT) gives my LAN IP address in GK Monitor with no h.460.18 strange: the TCP listening port configuration in Pacphone can be changed to any port and registration will take place. strange: pressing my unregister button on the Web GK Monitor causes Pacphone to be unloaded from memory on my WIN computer. strange: after trying Pacphone manual port settings, I tried STUN over VPN. Resulted in Pacphone saying it is registered and online, but if I double-click on system tray icon, I get a window saying transport error. GK Monitor says I am *not* registered. With STUN, the internally assigned VPN IP, no h.460.18. After dropping OpenVPN connection, I noticed GK Monitor still had me listed, so I clicked on unregister button and the GK Monitor crashed with Server Error in '/' Application Cannot find column Alias Description: HTTP 500. Error processing request.
