Thanks Jan, that seems to be the problem. And apparently I posted the wrong config. I had played with the [RoutingPolicy], but the default rule I set did not include explicit. Adding that took care of it. -----Original Message----- From: Jan Willamowius [mailto:jan@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, July 06, 2009 3:45 PM To: openh323gk-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: External IP calls Hi Andy, how calls are routed by GnuGk is handled by the routing policies you configure. See http://www.gnugk.org/gnugk-manual-6.html#ss6.1 You config doesn't explicitly set them so you have the default configuration [RoutingPolicy] default=explicit, internal, parent, neighbor Usually the explicit policy is enough to route calls by IP. You should check a level 5 trace of you call if the destination IP is really sent to GnuGk in the destCallSignalAddress. If is not and it is only available inside the alias eg "123@xxxxxxx", you might need to add the dns or srv policy to your routing policy chain.
