Any news about this bug ?
By doing only an mv /sbin/gnugk_2.2.3 /sbin/running_gnugk , the problem
dissapeared..
Nothing else changed (the config remained the same)

Thanks for your prompt reply . From your suggestion I tried with
2.2.3-2 stable release and also with 2.2.2 stable release with the
same config file and it is working as normal .
But randomly getting "no audio" problem with 2.2.4-FailOver-SnapShot
with the same config file .
