Well, I don't think that is quite it because if I bypass CiscoGK2 and
configure OtherGK as neighbour on GnuGK, it works fine.

Very possible. Has anyone got this working? Antonnio Pinizzotto, does
yours work? Can you share some tips?

Many thanks,

Hi, You have to add the neighbor Gnu1 on OtherGk so it will now the
neighbor it is replying to. I am not shure if you have add the neighbor
config on gnu1 pointing to othergk too. The reason of your problems is
that cisco doesn't forward the response and othergk is trying to talk
with gnu1 (gnugk style forwardresponse=1 on cisco wuold do the thing)
