I would consider an endpoint that sends call request to a numeric alias
and tags this alias as h323_ID to be seriously broken. Nevertheless,
sometimes alias type checking during destination matching could be a less
strict, but now it is required that alias types do match.

If GNU GK receives a request to call a h323_ID and that h323_ID is not
registered, can it try to match the h323_ID to a E.164 address
(dialedDigits) that is registered? How is that configured?
Thank you.
