Maybe you need to enable signaling routed mode.

I am trying to place IP-to-ISDN calls through a Polycom MGC50 gateway.
When I place the call using the digits the gateway expects, the call is
successful. But when I use GNUGK's rewrite functionality, the gatekeeper
sends the call to the gateway, but the gateway rejects the call because is
sees the "called party" number as originally dialed, not as rewritten by
GNU GK.
Configuration...
[RasSrv::GWPrefixes]
mgc50=8
[RoutingPolicy]
default=internal
[RasSrv::RewriteE164]
9=88*9
Successful if this number is dialed from an endpoint: 88*917001234567
Successful call status output...
ACF|10.35.232.89:1720|5580_endp|23963|88*917001234567:dialedDigits|IL-BLM-LAB:h323_ID=3021:dialedDigits|false;
ACF|10.35.232.157:1720|5607_endp|26327|mgc50:h323_ID|3021:dialedDigits|true;
BCF|10.35.232.89|5580_endp|7680;
Unsuccessful if this number is dialed from an endpoint: 917001234567
Unsuccessful call status output...
ACF|10.35.232.89:1720|5580_endp|23964|88*917001234567:dialedDigits|IL-BLM-LAB:h323_ID=3021:dialedDigits|false;
The gateway's log indicates it received a request to dial 917001234567,
but GNU GK says it sent the call to the gateway as 88*917001234567.
Help! Is my configuration wrong? Is GNU GK working as designed here? Is it
a bug? Does this configuration work with gateways other than the Polycom
MGC50?
Thank you.
