PWLIB compilation - assert.cxx and wspiapi.h errors

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi Craig,

After a long time, I have tried to compile the PWLIB
 - Atlas, Mimas and Pandora
 - using MSVC6 with latest PSDK
 - all path settings both in MSVC and System Environment
 - that makes PSDK paths precede the VC98 paths.

I keep getting 3 errors in each compile at:-

(2 errors) wspiapi.h(45) :-
char (&__wspiapi_countof_helper(__CountofType (&_Array)[_N]))[_N];

(1 error) assert.cxx(163) :-
#include <imagehlp.h>

This may have something to do with the latest PSDK.

The specific errors are:-

Performing Custom Build Step on ..\common\getdate.y
../common/getdate.y contains 8 shift/reduce conflicts and 18 reduce/reduce
conflicts.

assert.cxx

Error executing cl.exe.

ptlibs.lib - 3 error(s), 0 warning(s)

Kindly advise how to solve the above proble,.
