I don't know nothing about the fact that the gatekeeper
would make changes 1 and 2. Maybe it adds destinationAddress
when there is only Called-Party-Number IE, but I am
not sure if this is what you mean.

Whether it means you do not know why and what for it occurs or your GK does
not do similar changes?
