Try to search Microsoft site for more information.
You can also try to run Ethereal and see whether
keep alive packets are sent at all.

My computer which contains GnuGK, is in now Windows
XP,so I change my registry's Tcpip/Parameters as
follow,
KeepAliveTime=10000
KeepAliveInterval=5000
TcpMaxDataRetransmissions=2

so after disconnectiong endpoint,it takes maximum 20
seconds to trace the failure of endpoint,but it
failed. what's more I have to do to solve this
problem.
