First, you should check the gatekeeper log to see what messages
are exchanged between originating and terminating gateways to confirm
that there is no Connect message.
If this is true, the only choice is to calculate call duration by hand from
disconnect/setup timestamps. But this duration will not reflect real call
duration
(it will include ringing time too).
