2. Did you specify port 1721 (not the default 1720) in the permanent endpoint
    entry. The gatekeeper listens to ports 1721 by default.
3. See the point 2. Also you may need to set AccepUnregisteredCalls or
    AcceptNeighborsCalls flag.
