You can try check the RRQ or ARQ message on Gnugk console (7000 port)
and than perform ExternalPasswordAuth, but it's very hard way :(.

PGZ> No, it's not relatad with NAT or firewall. As I can see it's a problem of
PGZ> Planet VIP-400 gateway. To direct calls from gateway to gatekeeper I've
PGZ> registered a "Remote destination IP" with IP of the gatekeeper and this method
PGZ> does not allow routing. So now I have to set Proxy=1 to hear voice directed

     sorry, not familiar with VIP-400...
