All above taken today from CVS and compiled successfully on Win98/VC6++ with
SP5.
Today both v2.08CVS and v22b4CVS compiled successfully with the exception of
LDAP debug and release versions of v2.08CVS which still yields the missing
Winber.h error in 6 files at line 43.
