when you define perm endpoint, you will need to include the prefixes you want 
the gateway to receive calls to have. 

it can be broad like 1 or 011.
or you can assign one termination gw with prefix 222 for example and rewrite 
incomming call from 011 to 222011 to route to a specific gw.
