Just an update.

I have tested gimp-parasite-attach on Ubuntu and it works fine.  This
seems to only be an issue with the windows version.

Also, I have repeated the test with gimp-image-parasite-attach and it
works without problem.

Is this enough information that I should create a bug tracker entry?
