Nothing: it's a "demo" piece of code showing how to interface your
colour selector to the GIMP module API.  The point being that there is
no actual colour selector code there, since it's all in GTK, so the
module API is clearer.

It's useful to programmers, not artists :)

You can always check the "load inhibit" button in the module browser,
if you don't like it.
