Go to gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla, log in if necesssary, go to "user preferences", click the "email preferences" tab, and there are very many checkboxes to finetune your bugzilla email experience. Pay special attention to the "but not when the change was made by me" row near the bottom. Segher
