Then there is more to be known. For analyzing your settings you have to

If it has really been the intention to remove this, surely it's a big mistake?
Imagine seeing 100 logwatch reports, all coming, apparently, from your.lan.
How would you know which box has said what?

If you want to distinguish sender hosts, you can change the part in front of @$myorigin. See i.e.
http://www.postfix.org/ADDRESS_REWRITING_README.html
You may use "logwatch+packbell@xxxxxxxxxxx".
