Yep. Thats why we are working in improving the mirror management to be more
nicer. http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/Schedule
seems to me this should be priority 1 not 2, considering release is
scheduled for march 15. or priority 0 if such a thing were possible.
