Select all once the installer gets enabled to install from Extras, while
considerably lenghten install time, put load on the mirrors not to
and yet this is what some people seem to be arguing, eg making the
installer see other repos and move the package selection to post install.
i dont see this as being particularly nice to mirrors
of course now someone will pop up and suggest that all every single end
user has to do is set up their own local mirror
