Can't comment on the udev fault itself (I'm not running FC devel atm),
but Rawhide is currently at 2.6.16-rc1-git1, which appears to be a
couple of months newer than your 2.6.14.2. I guess you've not been
applying and/or using Rawhide kernel updates.

Might be an idea for udev's Conflicts: kernel < 2.6 to be tweaked a bit
(ISTR kudzu got that treatment recently). OTOH as I suspect you're
compiling your own kernel, an rpm conflict might not do you much good
;-)
