Just to be sure I'm correct above, open a shell and do this: mkdir scratch cd scratch cdparanoia -B That should rip the CD. If it's something in either the grip code to get the table of contents and discid info, or something along those lines, it could be grip's fault. If it happens with this, that's not the necessarily the case. -- Peter
