Hans just asked you politely to file a new bug, since you have clearly different hardware. The Intel i8xx adapters are notoriously tricky hardware, and quite different from later Intel adapters. I'd say most likely yes, you're seeing a bug which is different from both the general i686 vdso bug *and* Filipe's intel video bug; so Hans is correct to ask you to file a new one. Please boot an affected kernel with 'drm.debug=15', allow the bug to happen, then either ssh in and grab the output of 'dmesg' or reboot to a working kernel and grab the output of 'journalctl -b-1' to attach to your bug.
