However a strikebreakers (sometimes derogatorily called a scab, blackleg, Klegg, or knobstick) startx & 'startxfce4-non-graphical' i.e. /usr/libexec/Xorg.bin at multi-user.target works for both, user & root. This happens specifically with 3.16.x.i686 but not with 3.16.x.x86_64 on the same machine, in the same factory. :) The latter are probably well paid.
