Just looking at the Docs page, the most suitable place seems to be:

https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/join/

However, if there was completely separate top level section such as "How to contribute" > "Packaging" > "Joint the package collection maintainers", I think this would give use also place for e.g. "Package_Review_Process" which would be next natural candidate for move from wiki.

Yes, some place for Packaging related documentation specifically would be ideal. Quick Docs as I initially suggested is too broad. Another possible location would be under [Engineering Teams][1]. There are already many different Fedora teams, but Fedora Package Maintainers (or is it Fedora Packaging or what officially?) are missing.

I now intend to do something concrete for the packaging documentation. The first this is to update the _Join the package collection maintainers_ wiki page. Next step would be to move that and other relevant pages (like the mentioned _Package Review Process_) from wiki's [Category:Package Maintainers][2] to docs. Provided that a sensible location for them can be found — which I think will happen, since there are already multiple suggestions in this thread.
