Hrm, I'm getting conflicting information from those over the wall.

However even still, RHEL4 -> RHEL5 is a pretty big jump, that's FC3~ -> FC6 to 
think about.  I just think we could widen our horizon a bit on how long to 
keep a (valid) conflict in the spec file.
