If by "broken", you *really* mean: "regressing" causing gtk2 app
performance degradation until gtk2 is fixed, then yes.
My proposal forces the issue. If you have to Requires(post): xdg-utils,
you have to have it in Core (or the Core equivalent).
Force what? It is impossible to get xdg-utils into pre FC-7 Core.
That's why I mentioned it would have to be an (imo overly complicated)
special-case for FC-7+ only.
