The Packaging Guidelines describe how new changelog entries should the added and this example is used to show how new changelog entries should be added. Since it is not correct anymore it should be changed to a current, valid one.

No biggie, though that's not one including in the section labeled "You must use one of the following (changelog) formats"... (:
