Description: They allow to produce, from a set of bibliography files in BibTeX
format, a bibliography in HTML format.

This package was requested in the wishlist wiki page; rpmlint is silent (though
with ocaml 3.10.2 shipped with fedora 10, the binary rpm gives "W:
executable-stack", see bug 450551; rpms built on koji are fine).
koji build is here: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=1245193
