If you mean the test list the link is
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/test N.B. this is
Fedora Project testing, not just Fedora Jam (which is only a small
bit).
If you mean the music list (Fedora Jam and music creation related
packages) then the sign up link is the one at the bottom of emails on
this list https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/music
though since your email is a reply to mine it looks like you must be
receiving messages to that one.
If you've signed up and not received a confirmation email then the
most likely possibilities are mistake entering the email address to be
subscribed and messages from the list ending up in your spam or junk
folder.
