Well, this is due to desktop-file-install change (0.10->0.11).
desktop-file-install 0.11 no longer accepts like X-Fedora or
X-RedHat-Base... Perhaps many fedora package using desktop files
needs fixing.
or desktop-file-install needs to be fixed/patched to accept X-* categories.
Our current packaging guidelines (pretty much)
mandate --add-category=X-Fedora to all .desktop files.

Additional comment. This version (0.11) also refuses the Category
"Application". This can be seem on my failure build log:
