Yum-utils in FE seems to be a bit of an orphan... Quite a bit of stuff
happens upstream but getting a new release out has been hanging between
to-fork-or-not-to-fork from 2.4.x for months now (feel free to blame me
for that)

Really, if people think having working yumdownloader + repoquery in
rawhide *right now* is important, somebody just apply the patches from
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=175335 to yum-utils
in FE, and do that two months ago if you ask me :)

A new yum-utils release will come sooner or later but right now I'm
having a handful with my current project(s) with little time for
anything else.
