I'll try and get that done today if I have time. I've update the script so that if you don't specify -p it will use the installed publican package. FYI I have fixed a bug where the external links didn't show up in the book list menu. That should be all baked now and we are just scheduling some testing for RH docs to make sure we don't break things post upgrade.
