No, it is the place to post your philosophy, and the place to make it
absolutely clear whether or not you are working to release what you
think is a stable product or whether you expect the users to become
unwilling beta testers.

Just the philosophy please. If you accidentally mistook a pre-release X
version for a release version and shipped it, that's something you can
gloss over in the fine print. If you think it is better for the users
to deal with pre-release problems they deserve to know.
