It built fine in the F39 mass rebuild, only started failing in the F40 one. So it is NOT in the list of packages to be retired in this cycle. I will try to fix the FTBFS ASAP, but the unilateral removal of Python 2 is going to make it a lot harder to get this package to build again.
The current error is just due to an incompatible libxslt change requiring a "const" to be added somewhere:
