I believe qt5-qtwebkit uses python3 for builds
(I believe the qt4 variant does use python2,
but a quick repoquery indicates no fedora
package depends on qtwebkit-devel, although
I admit the query may have been wrong,
and I think it goes without question that there
will be some independent projects that are
still on qt4 and may use qtwebkit).

Four (or so) years ago about 30 packages
needed a FESCo exception for python2.
It may be worth reviewing that list to
insure the packages have been updated
(as I recall, many were close to being
updated upstream, but the Fedora and
upstream release schedules required a
formal exception).
