Again, this is a misunderstanding of what the rule says. It does not at all mean you have to list every file. The kernel could probably be considered an exception, but even there, if it were to comply with the rule, it would only need this: /usr/include/asm* /usr/include/drm /usr/include/linux /usr/include/misc /usr/include/mtd /usr/include/rdma /usr/include/scsi /usr/include/sound /usr/include/video /usr/include/xen there, I did it for free.
