Update to 1.12 and fix font symlinks
The date when the release happened is good, too.
Well, the release never happened. In flare's spec file it is not
present. According to koji[1] it went from 1.07 straight to 1.13. Same
for flare.
So, I decided to just remove the changelog entry entirely.
