antlr-C++ is an ANTLR 2.x package.  I don't maintain it, and don't
intend to touch it or packages that depend on it.  I've had a lot of
catching up to do since returning from my trip 2 days ago, so I'm
going to have to scramble to get the ANTLR 3.x and 4.x work done
tonight.
