These 3 packages are the only ones that have not been dealt with.
These packages will fail the mass rebuild:
- azure-cli: mhayden, @python-sig
- belle-sip: nucleo, sdgathman; see
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/belle-sip/pull-request/1
- golang-github-google-cel: eclipseo, @go-sig
