Sorry, but I can't trust Flathub, because they even doesn't build a lot
of popular apps from sources[1]. They are just repackaging DEBs.

I don't think so. The entire Java ecosystem on Fedora was destroyed by
Fedora Modularity. Volunteers tried several times to revive it but
failed due to opposition.
