Just to revive this thread, there's a proposed policy discussed at https://pagure.io/fesco/issue/2759 and codified in https://pagure.io/fesco/fesco-docs/pull-request/61 If all interested parties could take a look and comment back here with any changes or concerns, FESCo can move it forward. kevin
