Honest question: How do I do that? Do you have a suggestion?

The proposal already does not contain anything language that could be
interpreted as "this will be mandatory", explicitly says that things
can be done incrementally, and also mentions dropping the requirement
for the ExcludeArch tracker bug.

The only thing I can imagine is that either 1) people didn't actually
read the proposal, or 2) my non-native English is confusing.
If 2) can be improved, I'm open to suggestions. If it's 1), then I
can't do anything about it.
