Speaking of fedora-obsolete-packages, that package got removed from my system on upgrade from F31->F32.  Is that expected?

Without fedora-obsolete-packages installed, maintaining an upgrade path becomes impossible.

I just want to clarify what others have said in this thread. This statement is not correct, the package does not need to be installed in order to help with the upgrade path. It only needs to be in the repository and obsolete the problematic packages.
