Hello,
I'm a little late to this conversation, but is fpaste in Category 4 due to the high legal costs, or because of a lack of a maintainer?
It would be sad to see fpaste go away because of legal reasons. Is there a better way to handle this?

Not just that. AIUI, there are significant issues with scaling for
Pagure. It wasn't really initially designed to be very scalable, so now
we have bigger and bigger instances of it and more and more people
throwing in pull requests and issues and things, it's getting pretty
creaky. Pingou and Patrick are working on this, AIUI, but it's not an
*easy* problem to solve.
