ok, great---so now do 'gdb lshw', type 'r' in gdb, and see where it crashes.
You may need to debuginfo-install few packages if gdb says it can't find
debugging symbols, and you may need to install also some -source
packages because the recent changes in packaging and dnf fail to do so.
Then, report whether the crash happens reliably in a single location, or
is random as it would be if your hardware is flaky.
